Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt has joined forces with Shahrukh Khan for his next film ‘Jawan’ by Atlee Kumar.
As per the reports from Indian media outlets, Dutt has been roped in for Atlee’s Hindi film debut, ‘Jawan’, and if the buzz is true, the ‘Munna Bhai’ actor joined the remaining cast for his first day at shoot, earlier this week.

According to the details, it will be a ‘brief yet effective and action-packed cameo’ for Dutt, and he will be shooting with Khan for the next 4-5 days in Mumbai. “It’s a big dramatic action scene forming an integral part of the film’s narrative,” a report quoted a source close to the development.

“Sanjay Dutt returned to Mumbai from his Leo shoot in Kashmir on Sunday noon and 24 hours later, he was all charged up to shoot an action scene with SRK on Jawan,” the insider detailed.
It is worth mentioning here that the two last shared the screen space in ‘Ra. One’ (2011).

About ‘Jawan’, the debut collab of Khan, with Tamil filmmaker Atlee, will feature him in double roles. The rest of the cast includes Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, and Priyamani, along with cameo appearances from Dutt, Deepika Padukone and Vijay.

Khan and his wife Gauri’s production company, ‘Red Chillies Entertainment’ bankrolled ‘Jawan’, which will hit theatres on June 2, 2023, in five languages including Hindi with dubbed Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada versions.
