Faheem, a resident of Multan, in his petition had stated that the federal government is not implementing the decision of the court in Aneeta Turab Case. It was also stated that the government is violating the laws and appointing people on their consent.
Justice Jawwad S. Khwaja, in his verdict, said that the decision is regarding the government officers and employees whereas the petitioner is not employed by the government
and no one’s rights were affected by it. Therefore the court contempt case cannot be filed against the Premier.
