SCBA demands resignation of Nisar, Sanaullah

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court Bar Association on Thursday called for the immediate resignation of Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah.

Secretary SCBA said that the law and order situation across the country particularly in Punjab is out of control and it is imperative that both  should resign over the increasing terror incidents.

The SCBA also condemned the blast in the upscale Defence area of Lahore in which eight people lost their lives and dozens others were injured, and called for strengthening security across the country.

He also demanded that all police officials deployed on the security of VIPs and other political personalities should be withdrawn immediately and used for the safety of citizens. He said those requiring police security should pay for the services from their personal expenses or hire private security guards.
