Sethi informed the court during hearing of the Chairman PCB case at Lahore Registry of Supreme Court of Pakistan.
Justice Saqib Nisar, while hearing the case, said that the appointment on the position should be made on merit. He also asked that why Chairman PCB was appointed and dismissed.
Asma Jahangir, lawyer representing Najam Sethi, said that her client had recognized the verdict of reinstating Zaka Ashraf. She also said that the appointment issue of PCB is a problem of the policies and court cannot interfere in the issue.
