The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs coming to PS4 next month

 

Sims 4: Cats & Dogs, an expansion pack for the life simulation video game series The Sims 4, will be available on PlayStation 4 beginning July 31.

The expansion game features a new world called Brindleton Bay and adds cats and dogs into the game allowing players to create their own veterinary practice and to pursue a veterinary career.

Julie Roth, Sims Writer at publisher EA, made the announcement on the official PlayStaion blog.With this expansion pack, players will receive the Create-A-Pet tool, a new world, and as many cats and dogs as the Sims can handle. This is great news for pet lovers, but also those who want to create other kinds of animals.

With the addition of Create-A-Pet in the The Sims 4, there are tons of ways to customise you dog or cat through their breed, coloring, and more. And to make matters more creative, players can experiment with the painting feature.

This is simple as players just add a few spots here, a bright color there, and they can get a rainbow pup! Plus, they get even more detailed with stencils that design more complicated patterns.

But where do different types of animals come in? Players need to get inventive with the paint tool can bring vision to life. Make a kitty resemble a raccoon, make a puppy a panda, or get crazy with something out-of-this-world!

With this pack, players add a new world Brindleton Bay, the perfect stomping ground for Sims and pets alike. There is something else very spooky and terrifying – a pet cemetery.

Players can stumble upon it in a dank, misty area near the lighthouse. And after the sun goes down, ghost pets have been known to scour the grounds, looking for new Sim friends. So anyone see one, should approach with caution, say “hello,” and even adopt that furry friend.
