Cylinder blast in Attock hospital's Gynaecology ward kills six

ATTOCK: Six people, including two women and as many children, were killed and several others injured in a cylinder blast at district hospital in Attock on Monday, ARY News reported.
The blast took place in Gynaecology ward of the hospital, which damaged a portion of the building also.

It is apropos to mention here that several serious incidents been reported in hospitals across the country, which leave loss of several lives.
The incident in Attock hospital has raised questions over safety and precautionary measures being observed in hospitals.
