India joins exclusive missile tech club controlling global sale

NEW DELHI, INDIA: India has joined an elite group of countries controlling exports in missile technology today (Monday), only a day after regretting its exclusion from another group, Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) that rules international nuclear fuel and technology.
