ISLAMABAD/KARACHI: In view of the deadly Peshawar massacre, New Year will be observed in Pakistan with simplicity. Authorities have imposed section-144 in Islamabad, while in Karachi a ban is in place on New Year night ceremonies, ARY News reported.
