UN hails suspension of France’s burkini ban, slams ‘stigmatisation’

GENEVA, SWITZERLAND: The UN on Tuesday welcomed a decision by France's highest administrative court to suspend a controversial ban on burkini swimwear, warning that the ban had fuelled religious intolerance and stigmatisation.
