Iran’s Khamenei welcomes sanctions lift, warns of U.S. ‘deceit’

DUBAI: Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on Tuesday welcomed the lifting of international sanctions against Iran, but warned that Tehran should remain wary of its old enemy the United States.
