Taylor Swift shares an update on wedding with Travis Kelce

Days after her best friend, Selena Gomez, said ‘I do’ to her fiancé, Benny Blanco, pop superstar Taylor Swift has also spoken about her wedding plans, sharing an update on the process with NFL star Travis Kelce.

Out and about to promote her new album, ‘The Life of a Showgirl’, Grammy-winner Taylor Swift, who announced her engagement with Kansas City Chiefs tight-end Travis Kelce earlier this year, revealed how the wedding planning is coming along for the couple.

“I want to do the album stuff first, and the wedding is what happens after in terms of planning,” she said during a recent chat show appearance. “I think it will be fun to plan.”

This comes days after Kelce revealed on his ‘New Heights’ podcast that he and Swift are currently debating on a very common question: ‘DJ or live band?’

“Yeah, I think we’re live music kind of people, you know?” he told guest Jimmy Fallon, hinting that the wedding planning process has been in full swing and Swifties can expect Tay and Trav’s nupials soon.

Notably, Swift and Kelce, who started dating in the summer of 2023, broke the long-anticipated news of their engagement on August 26, when the ‘Lover’ hitmaker shared the pictures from their dreamy proposal on Gram, and captioned, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.”

Gushing over the proposal, which reportedly happened in early August, she said during a recent outing, “He [Kelce] really crushed it in surprising me. While we were talking on his podcast, he had a complete garden built out the back of his house to propose in.”

“He went all out — 10 out of 10,” Swift added.
