Police had arrested around 25 transgenders on charges of snatching and robbery from different areas of Baloch Colony areas.
Two of the transvestites ran from police custody on pretext of going to washroom. The police high-ups have suspended the cops for their negligence.
Police have been conducting raids in Baloch Colony areas to capture the two eunuchs.
Residents of Baloch Colony had been complaining to the police about increasing robberies int he area by transvestites. The eunuchs would reach motorists and pedestrians on pretext of begging for money and rob the person of all belongings on gun-point.
Following such complaints, police had launched the action and arrested 25 transvestites from different parts of Baloch Colony.
