Fitness freak Indian star cricketer Virat Kohli demonstrates his strength on the ground and hardly any of us heard about his injuries during the game. Reason: his fitness and its consciousness.
Virat, who is considered India’s current fittest cricketer, recently on Saturday, posted a video on Twitter that shows him performing push-ups with just one hand during his workout session.
Virat Kohli also went on to challenge his fans on the social media site to perform the same exercise. He captioned the video: How many one-handed push-ups can you do? #TrainToLive #LiveToTrain.
