Nicholas Pooran was the top scorer for the side as he scored 47 runs from 23 balls with the help of four boundaries and three sixes whereas Johnson Charles made 42 runs from 32 deliveries after hitting five fours and a maximum.
Rovman Powell contribute 38 runs from 31 balls with a boundary and three sixes to his name.
Mohammad Naveed and Ahmed Raza grabbed three wickets each for the Emirates side.
Emirates Cricket Board XI, chasing 167 runs to win from 20 overs, made 144/6.
Mohammad Qasim struck 46 runs from 54 deliveries with four fours to his name while Shaiman Anwar made 31 runs off 23 balls with the help of five boundaries.
Laxman Sreekumar and Amjad Javed scored 19 and 16 runs respectively for their side.
Samuel Badree took three wickets while Sunil Narine dismissed two UAE batsmen in the match.
