Zardari, CM Sindh condole widow of late Amin Faheem


KARACHI/MATIARI: Pakistan Peoples Party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari has expressed his deep sorrow and grief over the death of widow of  late Makhdoom Amin Faheem.

The former president sent a condolence message to provincial minister Makhdoom Jamil-uz-Zaman and said that passing away of a mother is the greatest tragedy in one’s life.

He expressed his support saying the PPP is with the Makhdoom family in this time of grief. He also prayed to Almighty Allah for grant of eternal peace to the departed soul and strength and courage for the family to bear this irreparable loss with equanimity.

Makhdoom Amin Faheem was the former chairman of Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarians (PPP-P) who passed away on 21 November 2015 in Karachi.

CM Sindh express condolence 

Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah visited the residence of late Makhdoom Amin Faheem in Matiari to express his condolence with Makhdoom Jamil-uz-Zaman, the spiritual head of the Sarwari Jamaat. Makhdoom Saeed-uz-Zaman, Makhdoom Rafiq-uz-Zaman, and Makhdoom Khalique-uz-Zaman was also present there.

Speaking to media, CM Sindh said that political gatherings should be held in grounds rather than the streets, and it is necessary to receive priot permission for it. He said that PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will host a public gathering on October 18 in Hyderabad which will witness a massive show of force to silence all political opponents.

Regarding the upcoming political gathering of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf to be held in Sehwan Sharif on October 22, CM Sindh said the provincial government has not created any obstacles in its path, but there are persistent security risks in the city after the blast at the shrine of Lal Shahbaz Qaladar.

He said there has been no meeting on the National Finance Commission since the last five years and a letter has been written to the prime minister in this regard. He said that federal government is not taking enough steps over the economic situation. He praised the Sindh government for making improved security efforts to maintain peace during Muharram.
