Imran promises 'good news' on his marriage this week

ISLAMABAD: Cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan has finally broken the silence about reports of his marriage on Tuesday, ARY News reported.

During a press talk he called to highlight issues pertaining to election rigging, a journo threw a surprising question to Mr. Khan over his wedding reports seeking his confirmation word on the news.


Khan jovially responded that “getting hitched is no crime.”

He explained that he never thought of re-marriage in last ten years as his children from first wife were minor. My children’s happiness was first dear to me than anything else. “Now they’ve grown up,” added khan.

He, then hastened to add, that he would give good news in this regard this week. The ex-cricketer, however, did not name his  ‘life partner’ in an attempt to tone down hype of his marriage reports.
