His partner, Jessie Pinkman (Aaron Paul) is a loose cannon and often reckless, but nonetheless invaluable to Walt. Whilst dodging the law and keeping up his appearance as a chemistry teacher, Walter must moonwalk as a crystal meth producer in order to keep the lie from his family and friends. The show has the honor of being the highest rated television series of all time on IMDB, with an impressive 9.6/10.
3. 24 (2001-2010)
24 is one of the
most critically acclaimed television series of all time. The espionage, political thriller was based around a fictional CTC (Counter Terrorist Unit) official Jack Bauer who races against the clock to save America from a disaster. jack Bauer is the sort of person who bends the law considerably to save his country, often using vile torture techniques and hand-to-hand skilled combat in order to deduce important information from the terrorists. Each season features twenty-four hours or one exact day in the life of Jack Bauer and his efforts to avert a terrorist disaster. The series spawned eight seasons and a total of one hundred and ninety-two episodes.
4. Entourage (2004-2011)
Entourage was a comedy-drama TV series that focused on the fictional Hollywood star character, Vincent Chase. The show focuses on the lives of the young movie star and his friends, including his elder brother, Johnny Drama. With his best friend Eric Murphy as his manager and his childhood friend Turtle as his driver, the group of four always stay close. The show was lauded for its well designed plot, witty humor and the concept of male friendship as well as loyalty. The character of Ari Gold, Vincent Chase’s agent, also drew praises from all quarters. How I Met Your Mother was an American sitcom that was arguably the most popular comedy sitcom during its run. The show was based around Ted Mosby, a man who recounts to his children in the year 2030 the events that led him to meeting their mother, his wife. The show had a unique structure and featured interesting characters, most notably Barney Stinson. Stinson was a playboy character, whose humorous and typical one-liners were adorned by the public. The show developed a cult following due to its unique plot and interesting character development.
