KARACHI: Famous scholar Maulana Tariq Jameel said that there is an abundance of those religious scholars in all schools of thought who are peace-loving and speak positively.
“Thanks to Almighty Allah (SWT) that such scholars are in abundance in every school of thought, however as a human gets instantly inclined towards negativity in comparison with positivity, for one is like steep hill and the other like uphill, therefore I would like to request every single person to live with love and peace.
“After all we will die and would be brought before Allah (SWT) and his Rasool (SAWW) and everything will be decided there. So, let’s live with peace, love and affinity and change our lives. This is what our Prophet (SAWW) has taught us and this is what my message is on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (SAWW),” Tariq Jameel said while talking to ARY News programme ’11th Hour’.

Maulana said you should detest mistakes, not the one who committed them, you should hate wine, not the drunkard for he was a human being and servant of Allah (SWT), you never knew when the other person returned to his God and sought repentance.
“I abhor interest on money, not the one who seeks it. I dislike stealing, not the thief for he is also an Ummati of Prophet Muhammed (SAWW),” he said adding that there was nothing personal, it was all for the sake of Allah (SWT).
Pointing towards the perilous situation lying ahead because of Muslims’ disposition towards fighting with each other over differences, Maulana Tariq Jameel said sailors of our ships, who he said were scholars, were not understanding that docks of our ships had got holes in them.
