This is how Apple’s Steve Jobs CV in 1973 looked like!

Apple’s co-founder Steve Jobs is considered among one of the top tech innovators in the contemporary world. A job application filled by 18-year-old Steve Jobs in 1973 is currently up for auction.

In 1973, he wrote a job application in which he listed his interests as “electronics tech” and “design engineer”.

The one-page job application is estimated to value about $50,000 but it’s full of punctuation and spelling errors. In the job application Steve Jobs wrote his name as ‘Steven Jobs’ and address as ‘reed college’.

The application also consists of a section titled ‘Special Abilities’ under which

Jobs wrote “tech or design engineer. digital —from Bay near Hewitt-Packard.” He misspelled the California-based technology company “Hewlett-Packard”. Along with this, he also listed his skills as ‘computer’ and ‘calculator’.

Steve Jobs along with this friend Steve Wozniak founded Apple three years later of writing this job application.

Apart from the job application of Steve Jobs, the auction will also have the Mac OS X technical manual signed by Jobs in 2001 and a 2008 newspaper clipping signed by Jobs.

Steve Jobs died in 2011 at age 56 on October 5, 2011, of respiratory arrest that was related to the tumor.
