Army Chief confirms deaths sentences of ten hardcore terrorists

RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif on Thursday ratified the death sentences of ten hardcore terrorists. 

According to Inter Services Public Relations, they were found guilty in military courts after considering the necessary procedures, and were involved in the killing of polio workers, members of non-government organisations, and other security officials.

Muhammad Shahid was involved in the killing of two women polio workers and eleven others members of a non-government organisations (NGO) and other civilian.

Hussain Shah s/o Fazal Hadi was involved in the killing of Major Mustafa and Captain Waseem along with several other security officials.

Zafar Iqbal was involved in the killing of two Frontier Constabulary officials inspector Awal Khan and Naik Azmatullah, while Anwar Zaib was found guilty in the killing of Police sub-inspector Umar Ghani.
