ASP said to be involved in Iranian oil smuggling

According to an intelligence report, ASP Keamari Bilal Qayyum has been accused of facilitating the smuggling of Iranian oil by taking money.

The report also stated that the accused holds the charge of SSP Keamari as well.

On the other hand, DIG South Dr. Jamil downplayed the report by stating that the special branch did not follow the correct procedures in their report.

He added that the special branch’s report was directly sent to Additional Inspector General (AIG) Karachi whereas AIG Karachi then forwarded it to IG Sindh.
