KARACHI: Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) on Friday announced results of matric science group with girls leading the top positions after securing second and third slots, ARY NEWS reported.
Controller Examination Imran Tariq Butt announced the results of matric science group with Abdul Rehman, son of Abdul Hafeez bagging the first position after securing 97.54 percent marks.
He was followed Rabia, daughter of Imran Chappra, who bagged second position by securing 97.1 percent. The third position was secured by two girls, Aleeza and Rameen Zubeida, who got 97 percent.

According to the Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK), more than 360,000 students got registered for the matric exam held in May this year and appeared at 448 exam centres established across 18 towns in Karachi.

253 centres were dedicated for male and 195 for female students set up in 285 private schools and 163 public schools while 16 examination centres have been declared as sensitive centres.
