CM Sindh asks MQM to support PPP instead of strikes

SUKKUR: Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah said on Saturday that Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) approach of carrying strikes despite being the part of Sindh government is regrettable, ARY News reported.

While talking to media at Sukkur Airport, Syed Qaim Ali Shah said at one side MQM enjoying the power of government while on the other hand they are observing strikes.

“Instead of strikes MQM should support us”, he added.

CM Sindh said that government is already under pressure to attain peace in the province.

He informed that Sindh government has demanded the amount from federal government to buy modern equipment.

Qaim Ali Shah said ten thousand personnel will be hired in Police from the next budget.
