ISLAMABAD: The Foreign Office (FO) of Pakistan has said that no country can be accused of its involvement in the Karachi airport attack, until the completion of an inquiry report of the incident – ARY News reports.
The FO Spokesperson, Tasneem Aslam said that no country can be accused of its involvement in the Karachi airport attack until the investigation report of the incident is not completed.
She said that Pakistan and India have been discussing the issue of terrorism.
Tasneem said that though the recovery of foreign weapons and military-grade injections indicate the chances of foreign involvement in the attack, however this needs to be ascertained first.
Earlier late on Sunday night, nearly 10 terrorists had stormed the Karachi airport and tried to damage different installs and planes there, however security forces after a night-long battle killed all of them and cleared the airport.
At least 30 people were reported to be killed during the deadly attack, including personnel of the Airport Security Force (ASF), police and Rangers.
Officials recovered Indian made weapons once all the terrorists were gunned down, while military-grade Factor-8 injections were also found from deceased attackers, which are used by Indian army troops to prevent bleeding while in a battlefield.
