The woman named Maria alleged that her former husband Arshad had snatched the 16-month old child Azaan from her. When the court deferred the hearing, she created a ruckus and protested against the court’s decision.
She claimed that her ex-husband had forcibly married her and had now even snatched
the child from her and moved him to Swat. She prayed that the child be returned to her since it was a mother’s plea. Thoroughly dejected, the sorrowful mother stated that no one had come to her aid.Her lawyer said that the court has deferred the hearing till 28th April.
