Judge Shazia Makhdoom of Guardian Court heard the petition filed by Gillani’s ex-spouse Khurram Khan in which it was stated that his former wife was not allowing him to meet his son, as ordered by the court.
Khan pleaded to the family court to let him meet his son and ensure his former wife follows the law.
The court, issuing arrest warrants of Fiza Gillani, ordered the law enforcement agencies that Gillani is taken into custody by September 3rd.
It should be noted that Fiza Gillani had tied the knot with Khurram Khan in 1998 and got divorced in 2011.
