The court has issued arrest warrants on a complaint of Sindh Rangers Colonel Tahir.
ATC-III had recently admitted the charge sheet submitted by the Sindh police in a criminal intimidation case registered on the complaint of Colonel Tahir Mehmood, a spokesman and senior officer of Sindh Rangers.
Col Tahir Mehmood, had complained that the MQM Chief in a television talk show threatened the officers who were part of the Rangers team that had conducted March 11 pre-dawn raid at Nine Zero, the MQM headquarters in Karachi.
The case against the MQM chief was registered at the Civil Lines police station of Karachi under Section 506-B (criminal intimidation) of the Pakistan Penal Code read with Section 7 of Anti-terrorism Act, 1997.
