HUB: A boat said to be carrying over 15 fishermen capsized near Sonmiani area in the territorial waters of Balochistan on Wednesday, killing at least two people.
According to the fisheries department, the boat sank due to rough waters near Sonmiani area of Lasbela district.
Two dead bodies were retrieved from the sea while five of the fishermen on board managed to swim to safety.
Meanwhile, Pakistan Navy rescued 12 of the drowned fishermen and gave them first aid and food.
