Showbiz star Dur-e-Fishan Saleem shared her word about ‘depression’ and ‘anxiety’ on World Mental Health Day.
On World Mental Health Day this year, the ‘Kaisi Teri Khudgarzi’ star used her social platform with at least 1.1 million followers, to give out her thoughts about the taboo topics of mental health, anxiety, and depression.

Sharing a monochromatic smiling picture of herself on the photo and video posting site, Monday, the celebrity penned a thought-provoking note. “Depression/anxiety might look like this too,” she noted.

Dur-e-Fishan added, “I know sometimes we are too quick to judge others; too quick to find flaws; too quick to laugh on someone fall and I know we can’t just erase our worst impulses but maybe control it.”
Furthermore, the actor advised her followers to ‘control the urge’ of passing a nasty comment on someone regarding their looks, body, career, studies, or ‘anything’ at all.
“Anxiety is normal. Therapy is normal. Depression is normal. Feeling sad when the world is bowing to you is normal. Felling empty inside post having a laugh with friends is normal. Crying because you are not sure why you are crying is normal,” read the note further.
