According to sources in the ECP, Kamal submitted the party enlistment application without attaching along its constitution, assets and details of party leaders.
The ECP asked Kamal to re-submit application fulfilling requirements under the Party Registration Act. The ex-MQM leader Kamal has also been sent letter by the ECP in this regard.
In the application, Mustafa Kamal is mentioned as PSP chairman, while ‘funds’ have been mentioned as party’s sole income source.
