Legal reform bill to change lives of vulnerable: Farogh Naseem
ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Law and Justice Barrister Dr. Muhammad Farogh Naseem here on Friday said that the legal reform bill, that was expected to be tabled in the Parliament next week, would change the lives of the vulnerable.
Talking to Poverty Alleviation Coordination Council Chairperson Dr. Sania Nishtar, who called on him today, Farogh Naseem said that the legal reform package will assist the weak sections of the society.
According to a notification issued by the ministry, he said, “Previously district Judges had the authority to make decisions regarding legal aid. We are working to make it more accessible to vulnerable women and children.”
