Escalation to help Modi in bagging 22 seats in Karnataka: BJP leader

NEW DELHI: A leader of India’s ruling party Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) on Thursday revealed that Narendra Modi’s claims of strike in Pakistan, can help him in winning at-least 22 seats in the upcoming general polls in Karnataka.

Indian PM is at receiving end after escalating tensions with Pakistan in the wake of Pulwama attack.

BS Yehdiyupara, a BJP’s leader from Indian state of Karnataka, unmasking the heinous face of Modi, said escalation with Pakistan and claims of strike will ultimately benefit him in winning the polls.

Yehdiyupara further said that the move of Indian PM has also paid in decreasing anti-Modi wave across India.

It is pertinent to mention here that BJP is a coalition partner in Karnataka’s government with 16 seats now and the current tensions with Pakistan will help it [BJP] in sweeping the state polls.

The false claims explained

In the wee hours of February 26, Indian aircraft intruded the LoC near Muzaffarabad sector, however they scrambled back following timely response from the Pakistan Air Force (PAF).

Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Major General Asif Ghafoor informed in a tweet, Indian Air Force violated the LoC and the prompt response from the Pakistan Air Force compelled Indian jets to go back.
