3 more European Airlines interested in starting flight operations from Pakistan

After British Airways restarting its flight operations in Pakistan, ARY News reported today Wednesday that some European Airlines are interested in following suit.

Airlines from Germany, France and Norway have expressed a desire to start flight operations.

It has been claimed that security teams from European airlines have conducted security survey’s at Karachi and Islamabad Airports.

All three airlines have reportedly contacted the Pakistan Government in reference to their interest in carrying out flight operations.

French Security Officials visited Islamabad International Airport past week.

Turkey and Azerbaijan are also said to be engrossed with the prospect of using Pakistan’s airways and airports for their flight operations.

After a gap of 10 years, the first flight of British Airways, BAW-261 landed at Islamabad International Airport from Heathrow, carrying 240 passengers on June 3.
