Fakhr-e-Alam comes home after making record in globe circumnavigating

KARACHI: Fakhr-e-Alam touched down his homeland on Monday at Jinnah Terminal Karachi after making a name for himself and his country in the records of globe circumnavigating.    

According to details, the famed singer reached Karachi following the accomplishment of his ‘Mission Parwaaz’ and becoming the first Pakistani to circumnavigate the world.

The 42-year-old singer’s name has been included in the list of globetrotters on number 200.

On November 4, the activist announced on Twitter that ‘Mission Parwaaz’ has been accomplished as he landed in Florida to become the first Pakistani in his solo venture of circumnavigating the globe.

He wrote on Twitter, addressing to Pakistani citizens,“Pakistan, Mission Parwaaz, Mission Accomplished we are now in the history books of aviation.”

The activist posted a video message after landing in Clearwater, Florida and said, “Pakistan, news from Florida, Mission Parwaaz, mission accomplished. So it’s done, guys. Thousands of nautical miles, hundreds of hours, 22 countries, 24 days one big dream for one big nation. Pakistan congratulations, we are now in the history books of aviation.”

On Oct 11, the singer embarked on the journey of circumnavigating the globe in a solo venture. He kicked off his 24-day tour from Clearwater, Florida and traveled to 22 countries.
