KARACHI: Chief of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Pakistan Farooq Sattar and Chairman Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) Mustafa Kamal on Saturday shook hands and exchanged smiles and a few words during a seminar at Karachi University, ARY News reported.
Upon arrival of Farooq Sattar, Mustafa Kamal rose from his seat to greet him. Both the former MQM leaders were seated side by side in the seminar organised by Karachi University.
Kamal inquired after the MQM Pakistan chief’s health, specially about the injuries he received in a car accident on superhighway in September last year. Farooq said he was alive and kicking.
Both the politicians were earlier affiliated with MQM. However, former mayor and PSP chief had long become inactive as an MQM leader before launching his own political party and Farooq Sattar dissociated with MQM founder following his August 22, 2016, hate speech.
