ISLAMABAD: Chief of Jamiat Ulema Islam-Fazl (JUIF), Maulana Fazlur Rahman has condemned the terrorism incident at Karachi airport, in strongest of words – ARY News reports.
The press release of an all parties conference (APC) held in Islamabad, has been issued. It was said that the Government cut short Rs 15 billion from the budget of Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA).
Maulana Fazlur Rahman said that FATA is at war for past two decades, while the Federation has also not given Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) its due share. He stressed on the need of development works in the tribal region.
Lack of education and employment facilities are supposed to be major causes of increasing terrorism in the region.
The conference was attended by the members of the Parliament from FATA and KP.
The JUIF Chief also condemned yesterday’s terrorist incident at Karachi airport, in strongest of words.
