FBR serves notices on 500 beauty parlours

KARACHI: In an attempt to expand the tax net, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has sent notices to 500 beauty parlours milking millions of rupees but paying no tax.

Sources relayed the notices were sent in line with the government’s decision to tax the income of beauty parlours.

Action would be taken against the unregistered beauty parlours and saloons in the port city.
