SEHWAN: At least five people, two women and a child among them, were killed and four others wounded when a speeding truck rammed into a rickshaw in the vanity of Sehwan late Saturday night, ARY News reported.
Police and rescue sources said a speedy mazda truck collided with a rickshaw coming from the opposite direction near Lakki Shah Saddar, leaving five members of a family dead and four others with life-threatening injuries.
Rescue officials said the deceased and injured have been shifted to a nearby health facility where the injured are stated to be fighting for their lives.
The deceased and injured are yet to be identified.

Earlier this week, at least eleven people were killed and 21 others wounded in a collision between a bus and parked tractor-trolley in southern Punjab district of Layyah.
Another accident in the provincial capital of Punjab, Lahore had claimed lives of two brothers when they were hit by an over-speeding car in Gulberg area.
