LAHORE: A land dispute between two families in Phularwan adjoining to Lahore, lead to the deaths of five members of a family.

According to reports, an armed clash between the members of the two families  in Phularwan, in the jurisdiction of Burki police station claimed the lives of five people, including three brothers.

The brothers who were shot and killed have been identified as Abdul Rasheed, 

Basheer Ahmed and

Qurban Ali.

Police personnel arrived at the scene at the crime scene after the incident and shifted the bodies to nearby hospital.

Police have sealed the area for investigation of the incident.

The old enmity between the rival families also turned into violent clashes earlier, which had resulted in the death of four people.
