Four policemen among five arrested for 'petrol theft' in Larkana

In a surprising incident, those nabbing petrol thieves were themselves arrested for the theft as police arrested a Station House Officer and three other police personnel over petrol theft on the complaint of Pak Arab Refinery limited (PARCO) administration.

S.H.O Dhamra police station Umeed Ali Shah, Mazhar Gopang, Night Incharge Mir Hasan Gopang, Bakhshan Khokhar and Naveed Khokhar were nabbed for petrol theft by fixing a clip on a PARCO petrol pipeline.

The police have registered a case in Dhamra police station against 11 individuals including a land lord Arshad Junejo, a local PML-N  leader.

Petrol has turned into a precious commodity in Pakistan as the country is facing a major oil crisis hitting transport industry and general commuters hard, literally bringing the nation to a standstill.
