After living 15 years of her life at a charity in Pakistan, Geeta is now anxious to return to her family.
The girl for the first time talked to her family on Saturday, through a video link.
Indian authorities have also issued visa to Geeta, while the wife of Abdul Sattar Edhi, Bilqees Edhi also took the girl shopping ahead of her return and presented a jewellery set, manifesting her affection with the girl.
Geeta is grateful to the Edhi Foundation for caring for her for 15 years and making efforts to reunite her with her family across the border.
