The murder case of the Lal Masjid cleric Abdul Rasheed Ghazi was heard in the court of Sessions Judge Wajid Ali Khan on Tuesday (today).
Musharraf’s Counsel, during the hearing, submitted a petition for his client’s exemption from the hearing of the case by stating that a terror attack is feared on the former President.
The court, however, rejected the exemption petition and ordered Musharraf to appear before the court on 8th October alongwith his guarantors.
The court has also ordered Police to ensure appropriate security arrangements for the hearing on 8th November.
