AUGUSTA, Ga: American golfer Tony Finau injured his left ankle celebrating a hole-in-one during the Par-3 Tournament at the Masters and then popped it right back into place like a Pro!
Sustaining injuries is pretty much a part of playing sports, but only a professional knows how to work them out like a boss and this time it was no different.
seconds after delighting the crowds with his impressive hole-in-one, the 28-year-old ran down the course in celebration when he slipped and dislocated his ankle. this drawback didn’t let his spirit down as He then popped it right back into place, limping off while waving at the crowd
The dedicated golfer ranked No. 32 in the world, was able to continue playing, and most likely will still be partaking in the first round later today (Thursday 5th).
If however, Finau’s ankle bears signs of serious damages he might not be able to continue playing in the tournament.As of yet, X-rays have come back negative but he is set for an MRI later today.
We can only hope the talented golfer has not done any serious damage and will be able to give his all in the tournament.
