It is learnt that the government was deliberating upon inserting Dr. Qadri’s name on the ECL. Sources told that the government high-ups are of the view that a case against PAT chief had already been lodged for allegedly inciting people against the government.
It is expected that the PML-N government would take a final decision in this regard by this evening.
Earlier on Wednesday, the Lahore police lodged a case against Dr. Qadri on behalf of Muhammad Khursheed, a resident of Mohni Road, Lahore. Police inserted a clause of the Anti-Terrorism Act in case against the PAT chairman.
