ISLAMABAD: Chief Commissioner and IG Islamabad have submitted their reply in the Judges Detention Case against former president, General (R) Pervez Musharraf, saying there is a security risk in presenting Musharraf before the court – ARY News reports.

In his exclusive talk with ARY News, IG Islamabad told that he has not refused to provide security to the former president, rather requested the court to arrange the hearing of the case at a safer place.

He said that presenting Pervez Musharraf before the Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) in F-8 is not suitable and there is threat to the life of the former president and other common people.

The Chief Commissioner told that General (R) Musharraf has already been issued threats from different militant outfits.

The ATC will hear the Judges Detention Case on December 20, while the court has also ordered to present General (R) Musharraf on this occasion.
