The IMF is scheduled to release $550 million tranche to Pakistan.
Finance Minister Ishaq Dar had left for Dubai on Sunday for concluding talks with the IMF mission to Pakistan led by Jeffrey R. Franks. They would hold a joint press conference on Monday (today) in Dubai to announce the completion of the 4th review.
Finance minister said IMF had stopped its officials from travelling to Pakistan in view of the current political situation of the country. Following the IMF refusal, the meeting was planned to Dubai.
