India interfering in telecommunication signals: PTA

According to ARY News, Chairman PTA Dr. Ismail Shah in a hearing of the Information Technology standing committee of National Assembly, chaired by Captain Safdar, made the disclosure.

He said that the PTA experts working to stop the Indian interference in telecommunication signals.

PTI Chairman informed the committee that the number of 3-G subscribers has reached to four million. He said that the 4-G service has been launched in seven cities of the country. The number of 4-G subscribers has been 800 so far, he added.

Secretary Information Technology Asmat Ranjha informed the meeting that the draft of the Cyber Crime Bill has been forwarded to the cabinet to ensure cyber security in the country.
