Indian forces again violate ceasefire at LoC

Indian army at first fired with light arms followed by heavy shelling in Kalar sector at the LoC. Indian aggression at the LoC and the Working Boundary is continued for past 12 days.

Two Pakistani citizens were martyred and six injured due to unprovoked firing in Charwah, Harpal and Nakial sectors in these days.

However, the Pakistan Army fully retaliated the Indian fire and silenced all enemy guns.

In August, Indian forces violated ceasefire for 90 times, while in July for 37 such instances occurred resulting in the martyrdom of five Pakistani nationals.

On the other hand, Pakistan has formally taken up the issue at UN Security Council.

Pakistan’s permanent representative to the UN Dr Maliha Lodhi in her letter to the president of UN Security Council stated that Indian violations of ceasefire at LoC are mounting tensions in the region.
