KARACHI: A drizzle, with winds and an overcast sky in some parts of the metropolis, pushed down the mercury on Thursday morning.
According to Met office, the drizzle could continue in the city for next 24 hours, however, there is no chance of heavy rainfall.
The areas receiving the light drizzle include New Karachi, Gulshan Iqbal, Shahra-e-Faisal, Nursery and adjoining areas.
Moreover, dust-thunderstorm and light showers with gutsy winds are expected at isolated places in Rawalpindi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur, DI Khan, Sahiwal, Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Mardan, Kohat, FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, according to Pakistan Meteorological Department.
Weather is expected to remain dry in various areas of the country.
