A Lahore court on Friday ordered to place the names of two underage children on the Exit Control List (ECL), reported ARY News.
The unique judgment was passed by a Lahore guardian court judge Muhammad Javed while hearing a family dispute case.
The applicant named Salman Khaliq through his lawyer Barrister Rida Noor filed plea urging the court to place the names of his children on ECL fearing his wife might take them to Canada.
The lawyer said relations between her client Salman Khaliq and his wife are not good and matters are heading towards divorce. She added the custody case of two underage children is under hearing.

Both the children are Canadian nationals and fearing their mother might take them to Canada, Khaliq urged the court to place the names of his two underage children named Hunain Salman and Zohan Ahmed on ECL.
Later, the court ordered placing the names of the two underage children on the Exit Control List.
